A visit to Benjamin Franklin House can support both History and Politics at A Level.
On the Historical Experience, students will learn about the excitement and uncertainty of Franklin’s years in London leading up to the War of Independence. This unique offering uses Franklin’s historic rooms as staging for a drama in his own words, seamlessly integrating live performance, sound and projection. They will also receive a talk from the Education Manager which delves deeper into Franklin’s political role. This session has been designed to support students undertaking OCR paper in A Level History: The American Revolution 1740-1796.
Visits can be booked on Wednesday-Friday at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm with a maximum of 30 students per session. To book or for more information please contact the Education Manager
